Review: Last Sacrifice

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY RIGHT NOW.
Well, I LOVE THE BOOK. :)
There are some parts that I wasn't expecting but then there are some that I am sure of. :)

so review review. I'm not actually in the mood to write a review. but well, i just want to blabber right now. sooo here goes.

I love the book. again why? well because there are some of the things that I've expected to happen! but sadly there are also things that i wasn't expecting which frustrates me because there are some that are shocking yet ok, and there are some that are shocking in a sad sad way.

here are some of my points...

***SPOILERS***

1. Friendship. I LOVE Rose and Dimitri's friendship in this book. the idea that they got the chance to talk again and give advice/ support to each other was just amazing. I was really happy when they are starting to have that connection again. Having someone there for you makes your life a little bit easy because you know you have someone to lean on. and that happened between the two of them. of course Lissa and Rose have that kind of connection too. No matter what Rose encounters she's still there for Lissa. She knows that she will die trying to protect her and that's a wonderful kind of trait in a friend. Same with Lissa, she's really trying to clear Rose name and whatever she has to do even when she doesn't want to do them she's still does it anyway. i also like Rose and Sydney's friendship. Sydney was brave enough to trust Rose even if she's afraid. Her strength is worth-knowing in this book. Then there's Adrian. gosh that guy really knows how to make me swoon. I mean even if he's not the fighting type of guy he still do some of the things that he usually doesn't for his friends and well for Rose as well. Eddie, that guy will do anything to help a friend even if he's life is on the line or his career. even Mikhail and Sonya.

2. Pain. Dimitri's pain. gosh. that guy knows how to make himself suffer. both him and Rose. good thing they have each other to help themselves. I understand why Dimitri feels guilty and shuts himself from loving someone and living his life. But well, Rose has a point as well, the present is all that matters now. you should appreciate the little things around you because it's what you have right now. enjoy it, embrace it before it's too late. then there's Dimitri realizing that having a second chance is a gift that shouldn't be put to waste. When Rose went a little crazy there, i was scared that she might totally go insane. Adrian's pain is really really uhmm i don't know. HUGE. come to think of it having the strength and love of your life turn away from you that is devastating. He told Rose that she destroyed his life. and that's a very HUGE statement. i know he's bitter but who wouldn't be he got cheated on. no matter what Rose and Dimitri did even if they are meant for each other, that still doesn't leave the fact that because of them someone's life got crushed. Also he's vulnerable. when he asked Rose if he's going insane just like the others, he's scared of that! and he believes Rose is his strength. :(( (Adrian!! i am here for youuuu!)

3. Honor. I know Rose was upset about killing Victor. yes it is wrong to kill someone like that but she's not in control. same as Dimitri being a strigoi before. I respect Dimitri's "honor" for not taking someone else's girl. but then he still had sex with Rose after saying all that. LOL i find that funny but then I still love that they got back together. :)

4. LOVE. I am really happy with Abe and Janine together. i hope they have a novella or something. you know like with Lissa's parents. :) Sonya and Mikhail. that reunion was really a great moment for them. the crying and the hugging and the kissing. perfect reunion. they were able to forgive and forget because of their love for each other. awww. I WISH THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED TO ROSE and DIMITRI in Spirit Bound. but then it's ok. i love drama. :) Christian and Lissa are still the best couple in this series. they both love each other so much. Christian being a very supportive boyfriend from the start and Lissa returning all of her love just for him. those two are really inseparable. i do wish there are a lot of Christian-Lissa scene. :) Then there's Rose and Dimitri. i knew they'd end up together!!!! i knew it! and I am very happy about it. how they'd come to realize that their love is forever and never really left both of them. how they are completely in sync. how their auras match. how they protect and really care for each other. they have experience LOTS of hardships and pain in their life yet now they were able to have their happy ending. i am just sooooo gleeful i might cry. it's weird though, i didn't cry in this book. unlike the others I always cry. hmmm. then there's also Adrian's love. gosh i really really want to hug him right now!!!! i know he's in pain. and I know he loves Rose so much. but Rose is right, she's not the one for him. that's really hard to accept especially if you really know deep inside that he/she is the one for you then get rejected by that person. aaaaaaaaaaargh. i just really hope I get to read more of Adrian in the spin-off.

other shocking news: TASHA!!!!!!!! i didn't see that one coming. also Jill. i mean i know i'll be seeing her in this book but not THAT kind of situation. Dimitri and Adrian helping Rose TOGETHER. huh.

what i expect for the spin-off. MORE OF ADRIAN of course! also Jill. i don't know but i have this weird vibe about Adrian-Jill love story. i mean it's a possibility considering her crush on Adrian, and Adrian like her, but then maybe it's just brotherly or something. more Sydney as well! and Eddie!!!!! i believe these guys will be the center of the spin-off series.

Review: Hex Hall

oooh! I LOVE IT!!!
Sophie is one funny, sarcastic character! I like her a lot.
Sophie kinda reminds me of Evie in Paranormalcy, also Evernight, what with the whole Archer and Sophie thing.

What I like about this book...
well, first, it has some spunk. lol. I really like Sophie. Her character is strong, funny and sarcastic. She's also kind of weird, she says. She's a loyal friend and she loves her mother. I feel sorry for her about not knowing anything about her father and not even meeting him in person. But well, she really handled it pretty well. AND to have a vampire best friend, now that is just brave. :)I like that she's powerful but she doesn't know anything about it, let alone use it. :) Also I like how she thinks. She's a little crazy sometimes that I just can't help but laugh while reading.

Archer, i really like that boy. i mean he's like this boy next door who's funny and easy to talk to. I love him. :) I understand why Sophie can't help but have a crush on him. I mean any guy who's like that and is paying attention to you, it's hard not get attracted. Not to mention he's REALLY good looks.

The vampire best friend, i like her supportive self.
Elodie and her coven, lol kind of like mean girls. I like how they are the meanies in that school, but it's irritating too. I am not gonna elaborate anymore because well it's irritates me just by thinking about them.

Cal, i thought something might go on with them and Sophie. lol He's a JOCK! so i thought you know... something romantic. lol

what i want to know now after reading the book...
spoiler alert

i want to know what will happen to Sophie and Archer! yes! what will happen to their love relationship. after their last encounter, i think it won't be an easy reunion.
Will Sophie go through Removal????
what about her demon self??

Review: As You Wish

My first thoughts while/after reading this is that, "wow, this book reminded me of If You Could See Me Now by Cecelia Ahern" and "Ooooh! a genie!!"

I love this story. Why? Well, it's because it's a story about making you feel good and making you move on. It's about dealing on how you'll get through will all the hurt and pain that you experience. It's about loss and feeling alive and whole again.

I love that both Viola and Jinn's point of view are shown in the book. That way it makes it more interesting. :) How their feelings for each other changed and developed into something more.

Review: Saving Juliet

WOW. Romeo and Juliet story with a modern twist. I LOVE IT.
i mean first of all, some might say it sabotaged the original story, but for me, it's really good! I actually enjoyed reading it.

The story is about obedience and standing up for yourself. Also about how society shapes you, And of course love. :)
Mimi was controlled by her mother and what society dictates her for a long time,yes she was pressured and I can't help feeling sorry for her because she's must do what she is told. Same thing with Juliet and her mother. Juliet Capulet's life was being run by her mother and she can't do anything about it because no matter what she do her mother always wins. BUT then because of Mimi all of that has changed. for the better. :)

Troy is the same as Mimi, i mean he has his own image to uphold. Thing is, due to that, someone got hurt in the process. also due to that self attitude, he was able to give the wrong signals to the girl that he like and crazy about. :)

Romeo, romeo, wherefore art though Romeo? lol. anyway, Romeo is really DEPRESSED in this book. I mean I never read the original book so maybe he really is liked that before he met Juliet. He's so soft and vulnerable. a ROMANTIC i might add. I love it all the same. When he first gazed at Juliet it was like boom! "I love that girl." lol. I know it's not likely possible or realistic but then maybe to some people it could really happen like that. IDK, never experienced it myself.

i like Mimi's crush on Benvolio at the beginning until that horrible scene happened. UGH! i thought it might play well, i mean I like Troy to be with Mimi, but another guy to make him jealous couldn't hurt right? but then it all went downhill thanks to that awful thing that Benvolio did. gr..

my question is this, what would you do if you saw Romeo staring at you? or if you just happen to lay your eyes on Romeo in the flesh?
my answer? i don't really know, i might just stare in awe and wait until I stopped feeling the excitement that might come pouring out of me. :)

Review: Reaper

Since I'm playing favorites, and due to my undying love for Tod Hudson this novella deserves 5stars! :)

first of all, it's so nice to see Tod's perspective and how much he loves his mother and his brother. I love how he's always calculating and doesn't do something in a total rush. He's a good boy with ordinary faults. Being able to give up his life for his brother is another quality that makes him a wonderful person or should I say reaper. :) The way he cares for his mother is another big thing. *sighs* i love him. :) yes I am completely smitten and swooning right now. :)

however, I can't remember if he mentioned the "incident" to Nash in the other books. I guess I should read again..... or maybe Nash will find out in the 5th book? my gosh I am so excited!

also!!!!!!!! SPOILER ALERT

OMG!!!!!!!!! Tod found Kaylee first!!!!!!!!!!!!
does this mean anything???? seriously! and Kaylee saw him too!!!!! Even though they can't remember it on the 1st book, or maybe only Kaylee doesn't remember considering her state of mind at that time....OMG!!!!!!!!!!!
please tell me that these two are destined to be together! although I don't how that could be possible considering the reaper thing. BUT hell! what does this mean??? They saw each other first. :) i am so giddy right now, I wanna get my claws--errm I mean hands on the 5th book! If I Die!!! :)

Review: My Soul to Steal

MY FAVORITE BOOK IN THE SERIES. :)
WONDERFUL STORY! Bittersweet, heartfelt and very painful! I LOVE IT!

I really like this book compared to the other 3. This one has a lot of emotions that continue to play in and out of my head. It actually bothers me a lot because of how Kaylee keeps on getting hurt. I really really pity her in this book. I mean c'mon! She feels like she's not wanted by the people around her! Feeling unwanted sounds really painful and every time her fears are being described in the book I can't help myself to feel sorry for her.

Another one, Nash. Nash is also hurting. I know, he did some unforgivable things but that doesn't mean he's not sorry. He's saying he loves Kaylee, but how come he gave up his memories of her in the third book? (and other matters that I am not going to mention because it may contain spoilers) However, I can't help myself to shout at Nash, "WHO'S it gonna be Nash!!?? Kaylee or Sabine!?!"

Tod, is a different matter all together. From the first book, I was actually in love with him! gosh I love you Tod! Marry me! :)i want you reaper! i need you! LOL
anyway, he said some things here that really hurt Kaylee, not him hurting her literally, but some of his perspectives regarding Nash, Kaylee and Sabine. I don't know if he's saying that for the sake of his brother, for the sake of Kaylee's emotions or for HIM. (yes, i think it may be his intentions as well...i'm still suspecting here... but i really WISH my suspicions are true. :)
Another matter about Tod, well, I THINK he's having feelings for Kaylee. as in not just a "friend" but in a different level. see here...
***SPOILERS***
****Tod and Kaylee moments.****

(I LOVE THIS!!!!)
His fingers wrapped around mine loosely, then squeezed, and I thought I saw the slightest swirling of colors in his eyes.
My pulse leapt and I blinked, breaking eye contact, then blinked again, confused by what I'd almost seen.
Tod stared at me for just a second longer, then shook his head, and his ironic grin was back.

(does this mean anything????? i REALLY think it does!)
Kaylee: "Wouldn't you be mad if I told you to give up on someone you love? Just... hand her over to someone who doesn't even deserve her?"
Tod gave me a strange, sad look I couldn't interpret, and the blues in his irises shifted subtlety before he got control on them. "Yes I guess I would."

(my favorite part!)
Then strong, warm arms wrapped around me from behind. "I've got you," Tod whispered in my ear, as Avari charged us.

I don't know if these meant anything at all or they are just simple gestures. BUT c'mon!!!! i LOVE THEM TOGETHER!!! :) This book hurt me to much I don't care if Nash ended up with Sabine! :( soooo I'm sticking with TOD! :)
but how can someone have a happy ending with a reaper? hmmmmm.

Review: Always a Witch

Always a Witch by Carolyn MacCullough

The book Always a Witch is a really interesting book. I love the plot just like the first book. It's exciting and the characters felt real. I like how it's so easy to read it and feel the excitement of how it's being narrated. Tamsin the main protag never seize to amaze me. I like how she thinks and acts on her own. Her bravery is really admirable. I, myself can see how selfless she is, even though it's also obvious how hard it is for her to give up on things and people that she also wants and cares for. Her great sacrifice is really something to be majorly proud of. It's hard to decide something great like what she did in this book, and for that I can really say, "You go girl!" Another thing that I like is her relationship with Gabriel. I like how they just connect, undertsand and love each other. They are so solid, i can cry myself due to envious thoughts. (kidding)

The story is really great. I do hope for another book, because I really want to know what will happen next to Tamsin, Gabriel and the Greene family.

it's kind of hard to believe that an international movie star will fall in love with an ordinary girl, but this book worked for me!
Julie James never fails to make me laugh and feel the romantic mood that this book wants its readers to feel. awesome book! this book made me blush(i think), it made me feel that Jason Andrews is talking to me or something like that. Taylor Donovan on the other hand is an amazing character! That lawyer has spunk and girl power. i like how she's bossy and in command all the time. well except with with dealing with her romantic feelings. Also, i like how Jason is vulnerable when it comes to Taylor. It's really... uhmmm...worth reading. :)
if you want to smile and laugh and feel the "love-is-in-the-air" vibe, this is the book for you! :)

Review: Radiance

Radiance by Alyson Noel

i really think it's a nice story. a simple one at that. :)

i like Riley's character she's very outspoken. lol I like the way she keeps on insulting Bodhi and making fun of him. But what I like most about her is that she feels, as in really feels all the things that are very hurtful to feel for a twelve year old dead girl. What hurts is that she cannot do anything but just fully move on and accept what her new life or dead life is now. I love how she loves Ever so much that she doesn't want to part with her. But for Ever and her sake she has to be brave about moving on to the after life. She still feels sad about leaving the living world, but was able to make some realizations that help her deal with what she is now. Being a soul-catcher is kinda cool anyway.

I like Bodhi. He wasn't really given enough to express his character but I like the way she and Riley became friends. I thought those two will like end up together or something; but then Riley's only twelve. lol. so maybe in the next book? when they grow on each other some more. :)

have i mentioned that Sean Donahue is the guy that i've been wanting for MY life? lol

i find the story light and easy to read. i'm not saying i'm complaining. i actually love it. so much!

this book cracks me up. and makes me all gooey inside. (because of Lucy's and Sean's growing relationship.)
I really like Lucy Valentine's character. she has a lot of goodness inside her and it makes her character really likable.
Sean Donahue on the other hand is such a sweetheart! i love him!
these two are really perfect for each other. i must say. :)
these two tease and flirt with each other in a very sexy way that i also want for myself. lol and that's really saying something.

just like the first book, i like the story of this one too. Especially the friendship that Lucy has with Preston(the very nosy writer). The progress of the Lost Love of Valentines, Inc. How the characters have grown, namely, AIDEN(the police officer), Raphael and Em and Marisol.
I also like the newcomer, Cutter McCutchan.

just finished reading this book. Vampire Academy 5: Spirit Bound!

gaaaaaaaaaaah! i don’t intend to spoil anyone… but well, you can’t stop me. and as if you will be reading this post anyway. and if you are. well HELLO! lol

Christian and Lissa are back together. YEAH!
Adrian is as sweet and as gentle and as loving as ever. (or maybe i’m bias)
Abe is the father that i want him to be for Rose! yeah! go Zmey!
Dimitri is Dimitri again THANK GOD. i still love him! but then it’s kind of hard to see or rather read the way he’s treating Rose/Roza.
I know for sure that that “Love fades, mine has” line of him is NOT true at all. considering how he defended Rose among the royal guards. and how he’s there in Rose’s hearing. and well almost EVERYTHING he did actually……( i don’t even know what i am saying.)

THE BOOK IS INTENSE though. it made me cry! and that’s saying something. because i don’t usually cry over books. well, not really. :)))

Pirates! sooo damn romantic! what.

 

yes! i watched the last Pirates of the Caribbean! well not exactly the last-last but the last movie about Will and Elizabeth’s story. wiiii!

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End

this one is one of my favorite in the trilogy. because of the romantic(well not exactly the usual romantic type) wedding. that was when they were at war. then Will proposed to Elizabeth. Barbosa was the one who married them. gaaaah i find it very sweet.

another thing that i find really really heartbreaking, was when Jones killed Will. you see, that was not part of the plan. Will and Jack wasn’t expecting that to happen at ALL! Jack was supposed to stab Jones’ heart so that he could be the one to replace it with his, sail through eternity and save Will’s father. but then Jones’ killed Will. Jack sympathized for Will, that’s why he let Will to be the one to stab Jones’ heart instead. even though that will not really bring him back to the human world, he will still be immortal and continue to live, in the depths of the sea. Elizabeth was heartbroken of course. but then at least Jones’ was killed. Will’s father was saved. and Beckett was defeated. he was defeated by Barbosa, Jack and Elizabeth, together with the new-returned-from-the-dead Will.

the last part was really amazing. Will and Elizabeth.

also the last last part. the after credits. that was after 10 years. Elizabeth and Will now have a son. Elizabeth and her son met Will. awwww.

what’s making me so sad about that is that they can only see Will every after 10 years. for ONE DAY! :((((

ALICE IN WONDER-LALALA-LAND

hahaha! i feel like i’m ALICE. haha joke.
soooo, i just watched Alice in WOnderland 3D!!! wiii with my sister. :)

it was my first time to actually watch a movie in 3D!! it was so cool. it was like you’re also there. heehee.
the thing is i’m not really suppose to go outside. i was also sulking because my younger sister is going to leave later for camping and i’m going to all alone here. then my older sister came and i was like, Let’s go watch Alice” and she was like “Ok” then there. we went to see it. we though it’s going to be free because we brought the receipt about a promo or something that could let us watch for free. but then we ended up paying for the movie tickets because the receipt is not valid anymore..

when we got our tickets, we ran to the movie house because we’re already 5minutes late. lol. we ran straight through the entrance, then the guard was like “Miss your 3D glasses.” and my sister was like, “we’re late” then she ran. lol. And i was like. “Hey! we need 3D glasses!” then there we took our 3D glasses. LOL

the movie was COOOL! i lalalalike and LOVE it!
the funny this is the characters that i thought were bad was the ones who are actually good and CUTE!
first the cat. i mean he creeps me out a lot! especially in the trailer. i mean he looks creepy. i thought he’s bad. but then it turned out that he’s actually one of the good guys. :)
then there’s Mad Hatter. i thought he was some kind of an evil hatter that could threaten Alice stay in Wonderland… but then he isn’t. he’s sweet and  a really good person. he’s mad but then it’s ok because he has a kind heart. :)
Alice is pretty. :)
The White Queen is pretty too, i find her eyebrows weird because it’s black. and her hair is white. i find it weird. LOL
the Red Queen is FUN! “Off with his head!” LOL hahahah
the caterpillar Absalom? he’s funny as well, maybe because his voice is Snape from HP.

ok.. so that’s about it i guess.

oh! also the fact that this Alice is like a sequel to the original movie, i liked this one a lot. :)

Wiii! The Dark Divine.

sooo i just finished reading the Dark Divine.

i fell in love with the book! I am so happy because it is so sweet. especially the part with Grace and Daniel. Grace is very GRACIOUS. lol. she will do anything for Daniel’s sake. she loves him so much that she is willing to risk her life for him. Daniel on the other hand, cannot control his love for Grace, he knows that he must ask Grace to kill him, but he loves her so much that she can’t ask her. he also said Grace makes him crazy.  awwwwwwww. I love the under-the-wall nut- tree kissing part. this one deserved the smoochie award! well done! i was soo hooked that i can’t stop reading this one. lol. ALSO i like Jude too, i mean he’s the victim here and i pity him. the good son who is clouded by his dark emotions. Anakin Skywalker is that you? lol. anyway the book is really great. i can’t wait for the 2nd book! wiiii! :) i also like Don Moony. hahah always polite and saying “Pastor D-vine” heehee. Daniel and Grace are perfect for each other. and i just love it. how many times have i mention that i love this? hahaha. Daniel said that even though he’s not a wolf anymore, he will always be there for Grace. oooh. by the way, Daniel is a wolf here, an Urbat, Dog of Death but originally Hound of Heaven…. Grace is his true love that can cure and free him from the wolf inside him. at the end of the story, Grace stabbed Daniel’s heart with a silver stake during his wolf form and thus freeing him. :) sooo happy. Grace thought that Daniel will die and she will be a wolf too because before that, Jude,(also a wolf, because Daniel bit him 3 yrs ago) bit her. BUT. what happened was, Daniel is still alive and Grace is still human. :) wiiiii! By the very end part… Grace thought Daniel left her again, but NO, he told her that he will never leave her again as long as she wants him to be with her. HOW SWEET!  okok. SPOILER MUCH? yeah. hahah you can’t stop me blogger! besides i didn’t mention the WHOLE story of this book. i’m just telling you my favorite parts. :)))

I'm definitely hooked! I like Nora's character she's so goody-goody and it's not irritating at all! she's so good, i love her! lol
Patch is another matter! he's really interesting and BAD. sexy too. :)
The story is really interesting and I loved it because this book is my first angel-related YA/SciFi book. It means a lot. lol
All in all the story couldn't stop me from guessing what's going to happen or who's fault is that, etc.
Thrilling, exciting and romantic!

yeah, i read an ebook AGAIN. it’s Two Way Street bu Lauren Barnholdt. you see, the thing is, this is one of the books that is in my list of books to buy. yesyes.

so anyway, the story is good. i love the relationship that Jordan and Courtney has. in how they were able to change each other and go deeper as to actually falling in love with each other. the problem though is that Jordan’s mother is having an affair with Courtney’s dad. sucks! that’s why Jordan broke up with Courtney. he broke up because he doesn’t want him to be the one telling Courtney about the affair. so after the breakup, they have to go in this trip off to Boston for college. i just love. i don’t want to explain anymore. it’s just that Jordan really loves Courtney and it’s sooo cute. COurtney still loves Jordan and they are both really hurting so BAD! awww.

Stealing Heaven

I know! finally! i was able to read this book! i’ve been wanting to read this for 2 years! hahha i even hid this one in Fullybooked, Gateway last year just so that i can go back to it and buy it. also i’ve been looking at this book in robinsons galleria for i dont know 1 and half years and let me tell you right now, it’s still there! in the same shelf! hahah! so anyway, the book is Stealing Heaven by Elizabeth Scott.

the story was ok, it’s not the comedy type of book that she writes, it’s more of like the first book that she wrote, Bloom. the story is sad and in a way that it’s not going to make you laugh much. i like it because of how the girl, Danielle is struggling from wanting something that she wants all her life yet she thinks she can’t because of how she lives. she always holds back yet when someone is there for her, ergo Greg, she can’t stop herself to fall and just be herself and with him. it’s cute actually. :D i like Greg and Dani’s conversations and ‘dates’ if you could call those dates. oh!!! i forgot, Dani is a thief along with her mom. And also one of the reason why she holds back from Greg is because he’s a cop. cute. :D in the end, her mom had cancer and she was able to live the life that she wants. have her own place, go to school and have someone who likes her just because of her. again Dani and Greg ,cute. :D

i don’t know if i’m still going to buy the book. waah. i want too though. i just have to find something that is for sale. or maybe if i’m in one of my states when i’m not thinking i could actually buy it. hahaha. or when i have lots of money. hahaha again.

Going Too Far

I just read this ebook that i downloaded and really tried searching for the past 3  or 2 days? thank god  found it! i really like it like the way i liked it last year. is that pathetic? wanting something for over a year? maybe, maybe not, i still like it! what. hahah!  so the book is Going Too Far by Jennifer Echols. I like going too far because of the story and normality or nomal-ish that it has. simple yet deep. well for me of course. i like meg’s character because she has this brave thing going on. she’s tough and that something to admire about her. she knows what she wants, she acts on it, although sometimes she doesn’t want to have them for her because she’s scared. Johnafter’s character is also something. i sympathize for him i like him so much too because of his attitude and possessive-cute-boyish-protective way around Meg. i also like him because of his serious way of presenting himself. i like how they were able to grow on each other and learn from each other. how they understand and connect with each other at the same time care and love each other. awww. :D

waaah! i am really happy that i saw and went to chloesaunders.com as in!! haha! i was able to read the 1st 4 chapters of The Reckoning!!!! aaaaaaaaaah! sooo happy! PLUS! i was able to read Dangerous! Dangerous is a Darkest Powers novela about Derek and Simon’s life before Lyle House. aaaaaaaaaaah! sooo happy to get to know them some more. especially Derek’s emotions and views and Simon’s way of things. hAhah. of course after that i keep thinking what will happen in The Reckoning. the last book in the trilogy??? what what wahT!!!! aaaaaaaah! will it be Chloe-Derek? lots of fans are requesting for that to happen. i mean of course me too, but then Simon' is a good choice too. haha. still Derek-Chloe stands out more. i wish Kelley Armstrong considers righting the trilogy in Derek’s point of view. it wouldn’t hurt no? haha. please consider!!! :D

Another thing or rather book that i read. RADIANT SHADOWS! i knoooooooow! i read the prologue, chapter 1 and chapter. it’s ok. and i’m really really curious!!! what interests me more is the change with the High Court Queen. her emotions, rather she’s having lots of emotions which is sssooo not normal because she must not have those. and of course there’s Seth. Sorcha(high court queen) is really worried about him and she wants him to come home to her court. She’s worried because he returned to the mortal world for Ash. but then upon seeing Ash she’s not even with him. that’s what worries her. i am really curious as to what will happen to Seth and Ash!!! as in!! i know that they are not the focus or the main focus of the book but still! they are included in some parts of the book and THOSE i MUST read!!! gaaaah!

hello! i just finished reading Shadowland by Alyson Noel. first off, i really didn’t want to read the book because it’s an ebook. and i am planning to buy the book soon, not just now because it’s so expensive. i read it because i can’t help myself. also, i’m really curious who JUDE is! and now i know… sooo

what i liked about the book. obviously i like the character Jude. why? because i am hoping that maybe Jude is the right guy for Ever? again why? because, it says in the book that Jude was the lover before Damen. and just like Ever, Jude is always reincarnated and always present in Ever’s lives. Damen also admitted that he did his best to “cheat” and use magic just to get Ever and just to get what he wants which of course is Ever. he did his best to compete with Jude although he' used magic so in one way of saying it, he did like cheated or something. the thing that bugs me was what Damen is saying in the book. that what if Ever and him was not really meant to be. the reason why Ever always ends up with him is because he’s always finding a way to get to her and be with her. always waiting for her when the right time comes. What if?? hmmm. one thing is for sure though, i would really like to know if that is true and the whole story of Jude. what of Damen just let them be, will Jude and Ever be together? because seeing that they have this amazing connection with each other. you know the gazing, feeling, piercing look, electrifying touch or whatever it is that the book is saying whenever they are with each other. i really want to know more! because the book is not enough. again why? because Ever keeps denying her own feelings. and again ask me why i’m saying this? one thing first, i’m not sure if she’s really denying, but for me i think that she is denying her own feelings. i don’t like the fact that she chose Damen immediately without even finding out what those feelings of her for Jude means. you know, maybe Jude really is fo her in the first place. if you may ask why i keep mentioning Jude here, it’s just i really don’t like Damen. he’s lacking something and maybe, there’s just something lacking from him. while Jude is you know something different. really different. (or then again maybe because i’m just overwhelmed by the new character, haha) also i don’t like Ever that much too, because she always makes the wrong decisions. and those decision are always disasters. she is so stubborn and hardheaded that i just can’t stand her anymore. i’m even irritated. lol. one thing is for sure, im really intrigued with Jude-Ever story. please please please let there be more Jude and Ever. what’s there story before Damen? pleaseeee! i really want to know. obviously, -well i’m just assuming here- that something happened to them in the past because Ever let herself be seen naked in front of Jude or Bastiaan De Kool. waaah i know right. hahah! i just wish that there are more past lives about them. what they are with each other. have they gone out? are they together as in IN LOVE before Damen happen? is Damen really just cheater that he gets what he wants that’ why the so called ‘destiny’ is like that? are Damen and Ever really SOULMATES??? all i know is i want to know more about the Jude character. because in Shadowland, Ever just left him in her house because she ‘thinks’ that Jude is also a rogue like Roman. but then again, i’m not sure about that because Dame told her that the tattoo that she saw might not be the exact one like Roman’s , maybe it’s just really a tattoo.

these question must be answered by the fourth book. PLEASE! :D fourth book will be out on July 2010!!! waaah! PLEASE! JUDE AND EVER.

oh P.S. i’ve always hated HAVEN! i don’t like her! she’s always suspicious.always annoying! and it’s like she doesn’t trust Ever or something. in some annoying way i really don’t like her! grrr

The Awakening

i know i said that i can't find The Awakening ebook. and believe me i gave up and lost hope. (hahah dramaaa. anyway... while i was reading a new book, which was Black Hills by Nora Roberst, i got bored because i feel like it's all the same... so i 'tried' to search for that ebook again.. i googled it.. then when i typed "The Awakening Lit" then  came a link from demonoid. waah at first it say's that it was still the torrent from yesterday, then i read the rest then i found this Lit file in this link. then Link!!! waaah. demonoid i was soooo happy. so there. i have the ebook! and it's lit! i really love it. and i can't believe that i found it.

so for the story... remember i told you yesterday that i read the 1st ten chapters... so there i continued. the story is soooo good! why? because i like the way Chloe tries and really tries to be brave and not be damsel. Tori's bickering is soo annoying but it adds to why the story is good. Simon, well he's always there ready to defend and comfort Chloe against Tori, make some really comforting acts, like hold hands, whispers and stuff, he's really sweet actually and i think he likes Chloe as in likes her because there was this part that it's like he was about to ask Chloe to go out with him when Derek cuts him off. ok so Derek, he still has this hot temper but in the book as the story goes on, Chloe and Derek had their moments, every time Chloe is in danger, Derek is always there ready to defend her. he always says that it's because Chloe always finds her way into trouble that's why he has to do the rescuing, but well, my mind says that there is something more. as in maybe, he like as in really likes Chloe. again why, everytime Simon has somethng to say to Chloe regarding about his feelings or maybe if they talk, Derek is always interrupting. and i don't think those are by accident. when they got left behind in Albany because of Derek and his "Changing", Chloe was there for him and Derek is always concern i mean EXTRA concern for Chloe. one of the other werewolves even called Chloe as Derek's mate. awww. hahaha then in the bathroom inside the coffee shop were they took care and cleaned each other up. really sweet. also in the bus, where Derek let's Chloe sleep on his shoulder and he sang the song Dream Believer by Monkees which Chloe sang the other night when He was sleeping. lol. how cute. and best of all, he wants her to talk to him. there are times that he pushes Chloe to Simon , yet Chloe ends up opening  all his thoughts to him. if i'm not wrong maybe Derek and Chloe are the you know in this books. lol. i'm ok with it. it's also nice if it's Simon, problem is i think the author made up her mind and chose Derek because reading the books i can see that there are a lot of Derek-Chloe than Simon-Chloe.

The Summoning and The Awakening

this book is goooood! i’m not saying it’s a perfect one but i like it and i’m hooked! as always. haha

i started reading this book last night and just finished it today. did i mention that it’s REAAAAllly gooooood! hahah

I like the story because it’s something different.. ok actually it’s not because i read a series/trilogy by L.J. Smith Dark Visions; and i must say that it’s like this book is based from that trilogy, although completely altered. (you know, the story, characters, etccc)

i like Simon the sorcerer for Chloe the necromancer, but i know that it’s Derek the werewolf. ok i do not know for sure. i’m just guessing. Simon may have the looks but he’s did not show great interest in Chloe. there are some parts like the paying attention, the talking, the touching it’s sooo something yet it’s not enough. on the other hand, with Derek, clearly he’s not showing any romantic interest for Chloe, but i THINK there is something, like the concern for her safety and all, the helping part, the curious gaze, the just the the…. haha. ok i really must read the 2nd book! oh by the way, the book doesn’t really focus on the LOVE part here, MAYBE there will be maybe there isnt. it’s more focused on the powers and struggles and friendship… maybe there is the LOVE part… but certainly not in this book..

Story: Chloe, 15, has the ability to see dead people, but before she can figure out what is happening, she has a breakdown, is diagnosed with schizophrenia, and placed in a group home. She befriends some of the teens at Lyle House and tries to accept her treatment. However, two of her more mysterious housemates suggest that maybe she isn't crazy. about the second book, i started reading the 10 chapters then that’s about it. i couldn’t find any ebook or torrent. actually i downloaded one, however it’s not even English! i know right, sucks to be me. hahha. grrr. i really wanted to read the 2nd book, but right now i can only get recaps, summaries and reviews. grrr not enough totally not enough!. i even thought of going to Powerbooks, Megamall tomorrow just to read the book there. hahah i don’t know if that’s lame or anything but i definitely know that it might be a little too much.. hahahha. grrr. well, i just have to behave myself and WAIT! like what i’m doing ever since i finished FRAGILE ETERNITY, BLUE MOON (actually Shadowland is OUT NOW, and i can’t buy it because it’s too expensive and i don’t have money right now), THE VAN ALEN LEGACY, GIRLS THAT GROWL, STARGAZER, HUSH HUSH, BLOOD PROMISE, TAKEN BY STORM, PRIVATE: Suspicion, soooo many seriessss nad they drive meee crazyyyyy.
